My name is Adam Kirby. I am a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia, and I have been practicing as a CPA for 8 years. My work history has given me experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and auditing.

Our Services
Tax Preparation
We can prepare taxes for individuals and small businesses. Fees can be as low as $300 for simple returns, and increase by $50 for additional forms.
Using our online portal and e-signatures will allow you to file your taxes without ever having to leave your home or make trips to the post office.
Bookkeeping
If you have already implemented a bookkeeping software, we work with your existing software to record transactions in an accurate and timely fashion.
If you are looking to implement a bookkeeping software, we can provide recommendations and set up the chart of accounts. Cloud-based bookkeeping software offers a variety of advantages, including the ability to access your records from any location and easily track receipts and expenses.

Hourly rate is $50. Monthly bookkeeping packages are available with consultation.
Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
Once we have set up an accurate method of bookkeeping, we will be able to generate financial statements at your preferred frequency (weekly, monthly, yearly). We can then provide analysis on how to drive profits, decrease expenses, and properly manage your assets and liabilities. The ultimate goal is to help you operate and grow your business in a more efficient manner.
